Our Story
La Pomme
Purpose driven business La Pomme was founded by Cheryl Nutley when she brought all her passions together at the outset of the 2020 pandemic whilst home schooling three children to bring hope and purpose in uncertain times. Cheryl is a qualified Environmental Scientist, Quality and Environmental Consultant and Stylist!
La Pomme is proud to stock a wide range of products that only every come from a good place. It is a place to positively shop with a core belief in championing all that is good in this world not just for the environment but for others too.
The extensive ranges are hand selected from inspiring artisans trying to make a positive difference in this world. Many products are handmade or made using recycled materials and support many worthwhile and ethical causes across the globe.
La Pomme was honoured to receive an award for ‘Best New Lifestyle Start – up’ at the Essex Muddy Stilettos Awards in 2022 and was a proud finalist in the ‘Best Environmental Initiative’ category of the Brentwood Business Awards in 2022 and a ‘Best Sustainable Business’ finalist in the Essex Muddy Stiletto Awards in 2023.
Cheryl was also featured in Essex Life Magazine in 2021 as an inspirational local leader in the green revolution and again as a local legend in Essex living Magazine in 2023 as a local business going above and beyond and trading through the ‘cost of living crisis’.

La Pomme is proud to support Women’s Aid and CHESS Homeless Charities
La Pomme is proud to support Women’s Aid and CHESS Homeless Charities and has continued to donate a percentage of sales from our sustainable ranges to these fantastic causes. We were proud to be a part of the Women’s Aid video ‘Love should not Hurt’ featuring Fabio D’Andrea and Mel B to raise awareness for domestic abuse in 2021.
More recently in 2022 we worked alongside Fabio D’Andrea and Rose Leslie to create the video Hope Reborn raising awareness for multiple Sclerosis and charities The MS Society and Overcoming MS.
